Chinese 3D printer manufacturer Creality has unveiled the latest addition to its desktop resin system portfolio: the HALOT-LITE. Featuring a larger molding size than the HALOT-SKY, Creality says its new machine offers “Incredible performance” when it comes to accuracy, stability and ease-of-use. Creality may be best known for its Ender FDM 3D printers, and it launched the rapid new Ender-7 back in June, but over the last six months it has significantly expanded its resin system range. Introducing the HALOT-LITE. Like its HALOT predecessors, the LITE is set to operate using Creality’s new proprietary optical system, that’s capable of printing parts with a uniform light density of more than 80%. By incorporating the firm’s ‘next-gen’ light source, the system is said to dodge frequent LCD printing issues like uneven curing, due to its high fault tolerance which yields models with fine detailed finishes. Although the LITE packs a powerful 64-bit quad-core high-performance motherboard, it’s not designed to be any more complicated than Creality’s other printers either. Overall, Creality says that its new machine is designed to “Meet the needs of more users across different industries,” and suggests that it now packs the performance necessary to take desktop LCD 3D printing beyond its traditional dentistry or jewelry applications, and further into the wider anime and gaming arena. Below are the technical specifications for the HALOT-LITE 3D printer. Featured image shows Creality’s upcoming HALOT-LITE 3D printer.
